Have you experienced issues with Ohio’s unemployment system? We want to hear from you!
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, many Ohioans have relied on unemployment insurance. If you’ve experienced challenges while navigating the unemployment system, please complete this survey to share your story.
We may reach out to those who respond to share their story during Community Unemployment Issues Roundtable discussions that will take place virtually in the coming weeks. Our first Roundtable will take place next week. Please see the details below.
On Wednesday, April 14 from 6-7 p.m., join Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley; state Senator Teresa Fedor (D-Toledo); state Representatives Lisa Sobecki and Willis E. Blackshear, Jr. (D-Dayton); and representatives from AFL-CIO, OCSEA and AFSCME for a conversation about how your elected officials are advocating for an improved unemployment system that works for all workers and families. The Community Unemployment Issues Impact Roundtable will also include testimony from Ohioans who have faced challenges while navigating Ohio’s unemployment system.
The event will be live-streamed at https://www.facebook.com/SenatorTeresaFedor.
